Yes, it’s red and green but that doesn’t mean it has to be served only during holidays! It’s delicious any time, especially when berries are in season. Not only is this salad colorful but it tastes so fresh.

  • 1 package washed baby spinach
  • 1 cup ripe raspberries
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • ¼ cup pine nuts

Set out number of desired salad plates (this easily serves 6-8).

Divide baby spinach among the salad plates.

Divide ripe raspberries among plates and place on top of the spinach.

Rinse and drain mandarin oranges and divide among plates, placing slices on top of the spinach and raspberries.

Divide pine nuts among plates and sprinkle over each salad.

NOTE:  You may place a container of Taylor’s Bals-Berry Dressing on the table and let each person put desired amount on the salad.

TIP:  If you choose to use strawberries instead of raspberries, try making the dressing with strawberries to match.
