Taylor’s Latest Books
Two new books are published and available.
Taylor and her colleagues are working diligently to get both available as FREE downloads during this coronavirus pandemic. They will be accessed from the Pacific Health Education Center, Inc, website, www.pacifichealth.org.
If you don’t see them there, keep checking!
Just the Facts!
This little book is designed to do just that: present Just the Facts. It contains key points about the 14 components of a Longevity Lifestyle: strategies for boosting immune system function and helping you to stay healthier and younger for longer. When Taylor started writing this, no one knew that within a few months the entire world would be dealing with a new coronavirus pandemic. Whether you get sick depends on a couple of key factors:
- The strength of your immune system, along with your current level of health, which involves your typical lifestyle habits.
- The type and amount of exposure you receive to the virus.
These factors are at least partially, if not completely, within your control.
Sound of Jade in the Forest
On one of her dozen or so lecture tours to Australia over the last two decades, Taylor finally met Linnie Ling Pohan, the mother of Stephen Pohan, who had spent a school year in the U.S. when he was 14. Since Stephen was staying with one of Taylor’s best friends, Amabel Tsao and her family, Taylor got to know Stephen and learned about his family, including his mother, Linnie Ling Pohan.
It took several decades for the paths of these two women to cross, but none knew that the result would be a book about her ancestry and her generational history of “church planting” in Asia.
