This healthier dessert is thick, creamy, and chocolatey.
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- ¼ cup carob powder
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and process until very smooth.
Pour into small, fancy, stemmed glasses and chill.
If you prefer you can add a drop of mint extract instead of the cinnamon and garnish with a mint leaf, if desired.
