How to use brain-function secrets to communicate more effectively

Studies have shown that the average person spends about 80% of waking hours communicating and it well may be nearly 100% if you count self-talk! Do you expect other brains to function much the same as yours or believe that one communication style will work for all? Think again! This expectation will likely never be realized because every brain is different. While you cannot make others listen and really 'hear' waht you say, you can increase the odds that they will and you can increase your communication effectiveness—by design.

This seminar is designed to highlight the contributions of different aspects of brain function to achieve more effective communication and presents five brain 'secrets' that anyone can learn to use. It describes the importance of congruence and age differences in cognitive processing.
