Q.  How is it that so many young people exhibit anger or disgust towards school?

Q. I watched a TV program the other day and heard that exercise is critical for the brain. I thought exercise was primarily for the body?

Q. I've heard you speak about the importance of doing Brain Aerobic Exercises on a regular basis, but I've done some (okay, sort of hit-and-miss), and I don't really feel any different. It makes me wonder if they are worth the work.

Q. How fast do I need to walk? I hear people say “briskly” but briskly for one person may be strolling or running for another. And what about age?

Q. I know the brain benefits from physical exercise but is there any benefit from walking outdoors in nature versus exercising indoors?
