Education, understanding, empathy, emotional support, and reframing of one’s individual experience are powerful psychological tools—but basically unhelpful in cases of excessive adapting, often known as Falsifying Type. Because the individual spends hours each day in activities that require the brain to work 100 times harder, body systems are thrown into distress. Identifying and owning or reowning one's brain bent can help resolve the fatigue.
