Taylor's Cran-Broccoli Salad |

My good friend Julia got me started experimenting with raw broccoli salad and it has become a favorite of mine. What with the cranberries, raisins, and seeds, it doesn't seem like regular broccoli . . .
Ingredients:
- 2 cups finely chopped raw broccoli (use heads and soft parts of peeled stems)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (soak in warm water for 30 minutes and chop)
- ¼ cup golden raisins (soak in warm water for 30 minutes and chop)
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ pecans, chopped
Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Add 8 ounces of Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing (non fat, if available).
Mix well.
Refrigerate over night. Goes well with almost any entrée or soup.
