BFL stands for Brain-Friendly Lifestyle and encompasses a variety of factors and behaviors that, taken together, are believed to impact your brain and body in positive ways.

More than half the factors that have been shown to impact the aging process for brain and body are within your partial or complete control. Thatis relevant! Relevant to the way in which your brain and body function now, and relevant to how long your brain and body can be expected to function well in the future.
